Radial Unloaders

This patented unloader design is a direct extension of the extremely efficient radial suction valves manufactured by ACI Services, Inc.

These are used to replace finger unloaders and plug unloaders.

Typically one radial unloader is more efficient than two single deck finger unloaders, and generally they are more reliable. One radial unloader generally will perform comparably in the unloaded mode to two plug unloaders.

It should be noted that in the loaded mode, the patented radial unloader valve matches the performance of the radial suction valve, which surpasses the performance of any other type of valve commercially available. No flow area is sacrificed to achieve the passage for unloading with the radial suction unloader valve as is the case with all other types of unloader valves.

These are currently in use in a range of gasses, including air, natural gas, and hydrogen.
